Dining at the Ben View
After
relaxing with a pre-dinner drink, savour a meal from our à la
carte menu, which changes daily. As all our food is cooked to order,
we can cater for vegan and allergy diets if informed in advance.
We rely on fresh local produce which is then cooked to perfection by our chef Ronnie, who in the past three years has brought imagination and ten years' experience to the Ben View so that we can continue improving and changing our menus with the times.
We pride
ourselves on our wine list, hand-picked by ourselves and supplied by Forth
Wines, one of Scotland's leading wine distributors. We boast a selection
of 34 bins on our main list, and we cater for all tastes with a choice
of old and new world wines. Most hotels only offer one or two house wines
but we fully appreciate the need to cater for different tastes, which
is why we offer a range of six house wines. Our house reds vary from light
to full-bodied, our whites from dry to medium dry.
